How to Order
Email us with your contact information and we will set you up with a login so you can create a purchase order online. eyecandysilver@rogers.com

Chains
Necklaces ending with “PC” include a 16” snake (or Rolo) chain. Different lengths can be substituted or purchased separately.
New Accounts
We prefer orders to be prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We require a credit application to be filed for COD terms.
Returns
Returns of damaged items must be pre-approved. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number. It is the client's responsibility to ship the item back to us and we will pay for the return shipping.
Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped by Canada Post Express/Expedited Service with insurance F.O.B. London.
Backorders
Backorders over $50 will be automatically shipped to client unless requested otherwise. Backorders under $50 will be cancelled unless client requests otherwise.
Care and Cleaning of Product
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air, but it can be easily cleaned. We recommend using a buffing cloth that has been treated with an anti-tarnish formula to remove tarnish. Wearing the jewellery will preserve the finish. Silver is a malleable metal, in order to keep your item looking its best gentle handling is recommended. Keep jewellery in an air tight bag whenever possible.
